This policy outlines our procedure for handling copyright infringement claims related to content published on our website.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Clarence Dock website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include the following information:

Counter-Notification Process
If material you posted on Clarence Dock was removed or access to it was disabled due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe the material was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled. Specify the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Clarence Dock may be found). You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy
